To spend sunny holidays in summer or during the low season, or to carry out a real investment, Spain remains a privileged destination. In Catalonia, on the Costa Brava you will find more easily a villa or aprtment rental near of the towns of Rosas, Empuriabrava or Lloret de Mar, in the same way a real estate investment in Costa Brava can be carried out at handsome price. More in the south, in the areas of Valence and Murcie you will discover Costa Dorada and Salou, Riomar or Cambrils, Costa del Azahar: Peniscola then Costa Blanca and the cities of Denia, Alicante, Benidorm, Oliva or Gandia. Further still Costa Calida and the beaches of Puerto Mazarron and Torrevieja. We arrive now to Andalucia. On Costa del Sol you will pass to holidays of luxury to Marbella, ideal place for a hiring of villa with swimming pool and to practise the golf. In the same way the real market with Puerto Banus for the purchase of a villa or an apartment is very expensive. Always in Andalucia but on the Atlantic Coast, between Algarve and Morocco you will be able to acquire a real estate in Costa of Luz not far from the towns of Sherry Cadiz or Seville. The Spanish archipelagoes have their charm as much: In the Balearic Islands, the annual large-mass of the clubbing in Ibiza does not stop. If you prefer a tropical climate spend your holidays to the Canaries and discover in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura or Tenerife some vestiges architectural of Spain to the colonial past. It is advisable to hold in advance for hirings in July or August, time when it remains little of places available. But Spain is also famous for its regional festivals: Tamborrada de Saint Sebastien in the Basque Country, annual carnival which takes place in the same city. Andalucia proposes to you the Carnival of Cadiz (February) the Holy Week Seville, Grenade, Malaga, Jerez. (March-April) Feria of Seville (April).
