Celebrates Holy Vera Cruz A Caravaca of Cruz. This festival consists of a course where “Los caballos LED vino” (horses of the wine) must in record time gone up to “esplanade LED castillo” (esplanade of the castle). They are equipped with covers embroidered by the craftsmen of the area. (May)

Of the Virgin of the Carmen This last cross-piece Mar Menor celebrates, of San Pedro del Pinatar with Carthagène. The sailors carry the image of the virgin of their churches until the beach of “Lo Pagán”. The virgin is embarked and escorted by two lines of decorated boats. After a whole course by “el mar Menor” it returns to its starting point, in a vault close to the beach and remains all the day when the inhabitants will honour it. (July)

Festival with the Union. The Union, formerly center of exploitation of the black leads, is located at ten kilometers of Carthagène and beautiful beaches of Manga. It is the framework of the one of the most prestigious contests of music flamenca. (August)

Semana of Huerta with los Alcázares. Gastronomical week which is celebrated since 1972, in typical huts, with local gastronomy and folk groups. (August)

Grape harvest with Jumilla Crée in 1972 celebrates, with its peñas (groups of friends) processions, and “fuente LED vino” (fountain with wine). (August)
